ജേക്കബ് ജോണിന്റെയും നോബിള്‍ ജോണിന്റെയും അഴിമതിയും കെടുകാര്യസ്ഥതയും മൂലം ഐപിസി കാനഡ റീജിയന്‍ രൂപീകരണം പ്രതിസന്ധിയില്‍
ഐപിസി കാനഡ മേഖല രൂപീകരിക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമങ്ങളുമായിട്ടാണ് ഐപിസി പ്രസിഡന്റ് പാസ്റ്റര്‍ ജേക്കബ് ജോണ്‍ കാനഡയില്‍ എത്തിയത്. എന്നാല്‍ ഐപിസിയുടെ കര്‍ക്കശമായ നിയമാവലിയും നയങ്ങളും മാര്‍ഗ്ഗനിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങളും മറികടന്ന് മേഖല രൂപീകരിക്കാന്‍ തരം താണ കളികളുമായിട്ടാണ് അദ്ദേഹം മുന്നൂട്ടു പോകുന്നത്. ആര്‍ക്കുവേണമെങ്കിലും ഓര്ഡിനേഷന് കൊടുക്കാന്‍ താന്‍ ടൊറോണ്ടോയില്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ ചുറ്റി സഞ്ചരിക്കുകയാണ്. 2018 ഒക്‌റ്റോബര്‍ 21 ന് ഞായറാഴ്ച അദ്ദേഹം രണ്ടു മിനിസ്റ്റര്‍മാരെ നിയമിച്ചു. തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഇന്ന് രാത്രി രണ്ടുപേരെക്കൂടി പ്രതിഷ്ഠിക്കാനാണ് ശ്രമം. വളരെ രസകരമായ സംഗതി, ഐപിസി കാനഡ മേഖല രൂപീകരിക്കാന്‍ ടൊറന്റോയിലെ ചെറുതും വലിതുമായ ഒട്ടുമിക്ക സഭകളുടെയും ഒരു പൊതുസമ്മേളനം അദ്ദേഹം വിളിച്ചു. എല്ലാ സഭകളുടെയും പ്രതിനിധികളും കൂട്ടി മേഖല രൂപീകരിക്കാനായിരുന്നു പ്ലാന്‍. എന്നാല്‍ നോബല്‍ ജോണിന്റെ എതിര്‍പ്പ് മൂലം അവസാന നിമിഷം അദ്ദേഹം പദ്ധതി മാറ്റി. മേഖലയുടെ പ്രസിഡന്റായി പാസ്റ്റര്‍ വര്‍ഗീസ് മാത്യു (സജി) (ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ക്രിസ്റ്റ്യന്‍ ഫെലോഷിപ്പ്) വിനെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാനായിരുന്നു നോബല്‍ ജോണിന്റെ താല്പര്യം. എന്നാല്‍ മറ്റു സഭകളില്‍ നിന്നും ആടുകളെ വലിക്കുന്നതില്‍ പ്രത്യേക കഴിവുള്ള കെ.പി.യോഹന്നാന്റെ (കെ.പി.വൈ.) സഭയിലെ പാസ്റ്ററായ ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന് മുഖ്യധാര പെന്തക്കോസ്ത് സഭകള്‍ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന ഓര്ഡിനേഷന് ഇല്ലാ. താനും തന്നേക്കാള്‍ ഇത്തരം കഴിവുള്ള കെ.പി.വൈയിലെ മറ്റൊരു പാസ്റ്ററും ചേര്‍ന്ന് മേഖലയിലെ സഭകളിലെ അംഗങ്ങള്‍ രഹസ്യമായി സന്ദര്‍ശിക്കുകയും സ്വാധീനിക്കാനും ശ്രമിച്ചു. പക്ഷെ ഓര്ഡിനേഷന് പ്രശ്‌നം ഇരുപതും മുപ്പതും വര്‍ഷം സര്‍വ്വീസുള്ള മേഖലയിലെ ഐപിസി പാസ്റ്ററുകളില്‍ നിന്നും ഒരു തിരിച്ചടി മുന്‍കൂട്ടികണ്ട്, നോബല്‍ ജോണ്‍ തന്റെ തന്ത്രമൊന്നു മാറ്റി. രണ്ട് സഭകളെ യോഗത്തില്‍ നിന്നും മാറ്റിനിര്‍ത്തി യോഗം ഒക്‌റ്റോബര്‍ 25 വ്യാഴാഴ്ചയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി. ഐ.പി.സി. സമ്മേളനം മാറ്റിവെക്കുന്നതിനു പിന്നിലെ യഥാര്‍ഥ ഉദ്ദേശം സജി, ഷിബു എന്നിവരുടെ ഓര്ഡിനേഷന് നടത്തുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടിയാണ്. അങ്ങനെ ഓര്ഡിനേഷന് പ്രശ്‌നം പരിഹരിക്കപ്പെടും. ഈ നോബല്‍ ജോണും പാസ്റ്റര്‍ ജേക്കബ് ജോണും സജിയും ഷിബുവും കേരള രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ ശോഭിച്ചേനെ. നിര്‍ദ്ദിഷ്ട ഐ.പി.സി യോഗത്തിനു ഒരു ദിവസം മുന്‍പ്, ഒക്ടോബര്‍ 24 ന്, അവരുടെ പദ്ധതി പ്രകാരം ഓര്ഡിനേഷന് എല്ലാ ക്രമീകരണങ്ങളും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഈ ഓര്ഡിനേഷന് അവരില്‍ നിന്ന് രഹസ്യമായി ചെയ്തതിനെ പറ്റി സഭയില്‍ ചോദ്യം ഉണ്ടായാല്‍ അതു പ്രതിരോധിക്കുവാന്‍ ഒരു മാര്‍ഗ്ഗവും അവര്‍ കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇത് നോബല്‍ ജോണിന്റെ വീട്ടില്‍ രഹസ്യമായി ഓര്ഡിനേഷന് നടത്തണം. പാസ്റ്റര്‍ ജേക്കബ് ജോണ്‍ വളരെ സന്തോഷത്തിലാണ്, കാരണം ഈ മൂന്നുപേരെ പിഴിയാനും സാധിക്കും. കൂടാതെ പുതിയ മേഖല ആരംഭിച്ചതിന്റെ ക്രഡിറ്റ് നേടുകയും ചെയ്യാം. ഐപിസി ഭരണഘടനയുടെ സെക്ഷന്‍ 111 പേജ് നമ്പര്‍ 25 ന്റെ ഉപവിഭാഗം 4 ഉം നിയമപ്രകാരം വളരെ വ്യക്തമായി പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു: ‘ഒരു സംസ്ഥാന/റീജിയന്‍ കൗണ്‍സിലര്‍ ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 35 വയസ്സ് ആകുമെന്നും കുറഞ്ഞത് 15 വര്‍ഷത്തേക്ക് ഐപിസിയില്‍ അംഗത്വം തുടരുന്നവരും ആകണമെന്ന്’. എന്നാല്‍ പാസ്റ്റര്‍ ജേക്കബ് ജോണ്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത് ഒരു പാസ്റ്ററായിട്ട് 24 മണിക്കൂര്‍ പോലും ഐപിസിയില്‍ അംഗത്വമില്ലാതെ ഒരാളെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാനാണ്.. നോബല്‍ ജോണിന്റെ ശക്തിയും പണത്തിന്റെ സ്വാധീനവുമാണ് കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്നത്. തന്റെ അടുത്ത സഖ്യശക്തികളെ മേഖല എക്‌സിക്യുട്ടീവിലേക്ക് പിന്തുണയ്ക്കുക വഴി കൗണ്‍സില്‍ അംഗം എന്ന നിലയില്‍ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെടുന്നതു പോലുള്ള ഭാവികാര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് രാഷ്ട്രീയ ശക്തി കൂടുതല്‍ ശക്തമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. 25-40 വര്‍ഷത്തിലധികം തുടര്‍ച്ചയായി അംഗത്വമുള്ള ഐ.പി.സി. പാസ്റ്ററുകളും അംഗങ്ങളുമുള്ളപ്പോള്‍ ഐപിസി പ്രസിഡന്റ്, നോബല്‍ ജോണ്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ നടത്തുന്ന ഇത്തരം പിന്‍വാതില്‍ കളികളില്‍ മനംമടുത്ത് ചില സഭകള്‍ മേഖലയ്ക്ക് അവരുടെ പിന്തുണ പിന്‍വലിക്കാനും സ്വതന്ത്രസഭകളായി തുടരാനും ആലോചിക്കുന്നു. രാഷ്ട്രീയമില്ലാതെ ഐ.പി.സി കാനഡ രൂപീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടാല്‍ മേഖലയിലെ മറ്റു നിരവധി ചെറിയ സഭകളും ചേരാന്‍ താല്പര്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. കാനഡയില്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ മേഖലകള്‍ തുടങ്ങാന്‍ ഇതര പെന്തക്കോസ്ത് സഭകളും ശ്രമം തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അങ്ങനെയാണെങ്കില്‍ ഒരുപക്ഷേ ഈ ചെറിയ സ്വതന്ത്ര സഭകള്‍ മറ്റ് അംഗങ്ങളുമായി ചേര്‍ന്ന് കൂടുതല്‍ സഭകള്‍ ഐ.പി.സിയ്ക്ക് നഷ്ടപ്പെടാന്‍ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.
IPC Canada Region Formation is under crisis by the corrupt mismanagement of Jacob John and Noble John.
IPC President Pastor Jacob John is in Canada trying to form the IPC Canada region. Due to strict IPC by-laws, policies, and guidelines, Canada as a region has been a handful and a tough ground for both himself and his supporters to achieve the team’s desired goals. He is presently roaming around in Toronto asking everyone if anyone is interested in getting an ordination. He already ordained two ministers on 21st Sunday, October 2018, and is on his way to do two more tonight. More interestingly, he called for a general meeting of all the churches, small or big in the Toronto area, to form the IPC Canada region. All invitees gather expecting to form the region, however, he changed his plans at the last moment as brother Noble John did not agree with the plans. Noble John wants to elect Pastor Varghese Mathew (Saji) (India Christian Fellowship, Toronto ) as the Region President who doesn’t even have a proper ordination from any major denominations. He was working with K.P Yohannan (KPY) and has excellent talent in pulling members from other churches. He also has another pastor who is also from KPY and similar or even better qualities of Pr. Saji who secretly visit members of the other churches and influence their members to join with them. Since they knew that the issue of the ordination can be an objection from the other pastors from the area who have been with IPC more than 20 to 30 years, Noble John, changed his strategy and requested two churches to be absent from the meeting in order to postpone the meeting. It worked out the way t[he]y planned and the meeting is postponed to 25th Thursday October 2018. The Actual purpose behind the postponing the IPC meeting was to arrange the ordination for Saji and Shibu then arrange the IPC meeting afterwards. By doing, they are thinking, the issue of the ordination will be resolved. Br. Noble, Pastor Jacob John, Saji and Shibu are actually better suited in the Kerala legislative politics. As per their plan, on 24th Wednesday, October 2018, one day before the proposed IPC meeting, the ordination is arranged. The only problem they are facing now is they don’t want this to be disclosed to the church. The church will definitely ask them why this ordination matter was concealed from them. Since they are very smart, the have also found a solution for this issue too which is to arrange the ordination secretly at Noble Johns house. Now Pastor Jacob John is very happy because he is going to rob three of them plus the credits of forming the IPC region. Subsection 4 of Section 111 page # 25 of IPC constitution and By Law very clearly state that: quote “A state/Region Councils shall be at least 35 years old and continues membership in IPC for at least 15 years” unquote. Jacob John is planning to elect a pastor who will not even have 24 hours of continuous membership in IPC by the influence of Noble John and other tangible offers such as cash. Noble John is also supporting his closest allies into the Region executive as a means to gain support back as well as to make the political strength even stronger for future cases such as the time of his re-election as a council member. There are pastors and members of IPC who have held more than 25 to 40 years of continuous membership who have been offended by these games by the IPC president and Noble John. As a result, they are now planning to withdraw their support and remain as independent churches. There are many more small churches in this area who are actually ready and willing to join if IPC Canada forms the region should there be no politics involved. Also, other denominations are planning to start their region in Canada and if they are successful, all these small independent churches may probably join with other denomination leading to IPC losing them all as a whole.
